Jesus Predicts His Death
21Jesus warned his disciples not to tell anyone who he was. 22“The Son of Mane must suffer many terrible things,” he said. “He will be rejected by the elders, the leading priests, and the teachers of religious law. He will be killed, but on the third day he will be raised from the dead.”
So what would you say to the people you love if you knew you were going to die soon? What would you do differently? What would you do now?
I know we hear people talk about these things all the time, but do we actually DO anything differently? I know this is short, so forgive me, but I have to get my butt in gear. This really hit home for me this morning and I have some things to do – now. Do you?
Lord, give me courage.
