9The reason I wrote you was to see if you would stand the test and be obedient in everything. 10If you forgive anyone, I also forgive him. And what I have forgiven—if there was anything to forgive—I have forgiven in the sight of Christ for your sake, 11in order that Satan might not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes.
Father, protect me from Satan’s trap. You are warning me that unforgiveness and sorrow can be traps of Satan. I have fallen into both and I know I could fall again. Show me everything and everyone whom I have not forgiven. I forgive everyone in Your name at this moment Lord. I release every grudge and anger I have within me. And Father, please keep me from excessive sorrow. Let me live in Your joy and bring Your joy to others. *2Corinthians2*
