6For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,”a made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.
Jesus, I want so bad for some people who are close to me to know and love You. I want to convince them with logical arguments and discussions. I am so frustrated that they don’t see the logic and wisdom of Your salvation plan. But clearly You are telling me here that it is Your light in their hearts that gives them the ability to know and understand You. I cannot do it. When a conversion happens, it is purely because of Your grace and Your love and Your light, and all the glory is Yours. But why then do we preach? Why do we try to explain Your love and Your salvation? Because You commanded us to must be the best answer, and it must be good enough for me! *2Corinthians4*
