12Therefore, since we have such a hope, we are very bold. 13We are not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face to keep the Israelites from gazing at it while the radiance was fading away. 14But their minds were made dull, for to this day the same veil remains when the old covenant is read. It has not been removed, because only in Christ is it taken away. 15Even to this day when Moses is read, a veil covers their hearts. 16But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.
Jesus, I am looking for a veil today for I know I have sinned. I am sorry. But You have taken the veil away and will not give it back. I see Your Word, and I know You, and I proclaim You. And though I sin and fall, You do not depart from me. My heart is not covered and I know I have sinned. Sometimes I may wish my heart could be covered so I do not pain over my offenses, but then I would not know Your love either. Do not ever veil my heart and mind again Lord but open them to You. Let me know You and let me know anguish when I fail You so I may know Your love and mercy. You are glorious, let Your glory shine through me. *2Corinthians3*
