1Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, like some people, letters of recommendation to you or from you? 2You yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everybody. 3You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.
Lord, am I a good letter for You? Do people get to know me, and want to know You? Not the people who know me best. My own children claim to be atheist. I have not been a good letter of recommendation for You. I have often been a hypocrite. But You are always there and always rescue me. Perhaps this is all to change me into a good letter for You Only You know Lord. Somehow guide this foolish servant. Mold me and change me. My children are Yours. Please call them back to You and melt their hearts. If I am pushing them away from You, and I won’t let You change me, remove me. Lord please change me, please change me Lord. *2Corinthians3*
